First Appointment

We want to make your first visit to our practice as pleasant as possible. Here you will find all the important information for your first appointment.

Preparation

• Health insurance card
• Referral (if available)
• List of your current medications
• Previous findings and lab values. We ask you to bring current lab values, especially a PSA value (prostate value).
• CDs of imaging examinations if available
